Hacking How do you inject saves to CIA SSB3D

Ive been meaning to inject the following sav into my savedata on my emunand, I am use savedatafiler and a CIA of Super Smash. The file is a .sav so I really have no idea how I am supposed to get this installed, I already did this once with Pokehex but that was extracting my own folder using savedatafiler and injecting it as opposed to just downloading a .sav. Ive tried extracting my SSB folder but the format is completely different to the .sav . Could anyone give me any ideas?

I had no luck with this game, knowing how cia saves work and everything. I made sure I had a save file created on the cia game, and injected the save with SaveDataFiler, but it never works and no characters are unlocked.
I was trying to export a .sav save file (And I did). I then backed up the save from the cia version of smash. I replaced the files from the first folder within the 2015383843 folder. And imported the save successfully, but I get no changes in the cia save.

Pretty much the basics of save transferring between .3ds and cia, etc

The save I got is from that ISO site and it appears like its made for Gateway. I refuse to go through the trouble of unlocking characters when I just play for a little bit at a time. Anyways, thanks for the insight hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

IIRC isn't character unlocking all hex editing? That's how I did it.
Anyway, I thought GW .savs don't work with SDK7 games...

Seriously though, you might need this because you cannot convert GW saves to SDF in this case. Just to be sure though, what system version was the game first played on (when the .sav was created)?
