Hacking How do you get a DVD9 backup of Super Smash Bros Brawl to a DVD5 backup

So I've tried to use WiiScrubber to scrub my ISO of Super Smash Bros Brawl so I could get it to a smaller size but it only got it to 7 GB so I couldn't burn the ISO to a 4.7 GB disk. I can't use a USB Loader because I don't have a hard drive available. Also, I went to this link, http://smashboards.com/threads/brawl-iso-compressed-to-single-layer-implications.249099/ and it said to use a batch script to replace all of the Subspace Emissary videos and I have no clue on how to do that.
