Can you download another cia game from that iso site from the US, and install that? I just want to rule out the possibility of a corrupt cia. An error involving the wrong region shouldn't completely error out your system. Of course this could be completely bs (tbh never had problems like this), but there should probably be a screen that pops up that just says your system doesn't support the game's region or something.

That's not needed. That is for the feature that requires you to create the locales folder. how do i edit the aureinand settings? mine just boots 5.1.2
