Hacking How do you dump your own 3ds carts?

Got a n3ds with emunand with reinand set up. My question is, is there a homebrew program that will let you dump your own 3ds cards then install them to emunand. Basically looking to install all the physical games i own into emunand, couldn't find anything on how to do this.

for dumpign carts, you want to use the gw launcher to dump them or uncart, then you'll have to find a tutorial that teaches you how to convert to cia so you can install to emunand
