Hacking How do you change the region of a WAD?

Hi there.
Is it possible to change the region on Wiiware WADs?
I'd like to play PAL game on my NTSC Wii without altering my Wii's region.

I gave that a try but I must be doing something wrong because I am still getting the "This channel cannot be used" message.
Here is what I did...

1. Generated a common-key.bin using makekeybin.exe
2. Dragged my PAL Wiiware WAD onto _wwpacker-DLCRegion.bat
3. Selected USA as my region
4. Installed WAD as normal
5. Cursed!

Am I dragging the WAD onto the correct shortcut?

You can also use Showmiiwads for that, much easier.

Or you can use preloaders regionfree channel hack to avoid this problems...

I got it working using wwPacker-RegionFree.bat but I'll use ShowMiiWADs in future as the interface is a bit friendlier!

use freethewads just drag the wad over onto it and that's all you need to do.
