PS1/2 How do you burn Action Replay Max Evo into a DVD?

How can I burn the AR Max Evo into a DVD? I have Swap Magic.

I got the ISO and burned it into my DVD. I was wondering if this will allow me to play PAL PS2 games on my PS2. I can't with my Swap Magic 2.0. Can I use the AR to allow me to play backed up PAL games?

AFAIK, AR's are used to use code hacks, not to play backups

Aren't you able to use it to play PAL DVD's though? If you can't than what could I use on my PS2 to play a PAL game?

I just uploaded the tools I use for patching isos ont filetrip I dont use swapmagic (i use freemcboot) so i don't know. But you might want to try it.
