How do you become part of the gbatemp staff?

How do you become a mod, supervisor, admin and all that stuff. do u hav to fill in a job application form or something? sorry if this sounds really noobish

GBAtemp doesn't have a form or a "can I be a mod?" policy. This is the strong point of GBAtemp is that they don't attend staff by "favoritism", but by being a good member.

A couple years back I wrote the instructions on how to become a GBAtemp moderator.

You see how well it worked for me.


But in all seriousness the steps to becoming part of the staff are as follows.
!: Do not ask to be a part of the staff.
2: Contribute.
3: Report problems.
4: Be courteous.
5: Don't engage in trolling or flame wars.
6: Do not ask to be a part of the staff.

Rule number 7 should be patience BTW. It takes years of dedication to the site to be considered.
