Because yea... Carrots, potatoes, we have seed to make them grow but...
where does the seed comes from? not from these vegetables, i ate some and there was no seed in them

Potatoes tend to do something called seed potatoes, which in reality are normal potatoes cut in a few pieces

Just for giggles you don't actually plant apple seeds -- if you do and you get an edible apple from it you have done something probably harder to do than winning the lottery, and maybe about as lucrative. Apple trees are grown from cuttings or are grafted.
