how do u add a pic to your sig

can somebody help me im very confused with this i got a pic but i don't kniw what to do

 

[THE EDGE]

1)Take the address of the pic. (do that by right-clicking on the pick, choose properties, and copying down the address)

2)Go to your control panel

3)Pick Change Signature

4)Choose Img

5)Paste the adress of th epic

6)Click update sig.
