If I use lan play can I invite my friends from another countrywith unbacked switch to visit my island?

I think it's possible,. However, they must use the Lan Play servers too.
It's actually pretty easy to do, you can visit the website and find everything you have to run on your PC, plus how to set up the internet setting on your Switch.

It only works in games that natively support local multiplayer over wired LAN (there are only a handful)
Games that only support local multiplayer over wifi require hacked consoles with ldn_mitm.
I have no idea if Animal Crossing supports multiplayer over wired LAN though (I don't play it)

It can be done definitely, I've gotten a switch banned doing it though lol.

I am one of people who play ACNH online in CFW. I prefer to stay in CFW 100% of the time. I have been playing and do so many deliveries to my buyers.

Are you playing online with CFW(emuMMC) or (CFW(sysnand)?
Is your game cartridge or "spoof"?

so long as you dont have pirated games on sysnand and are smart about the homebrew you use, youll likely not get banned. acnh online, pokemon shsw hosting hacked raids, ect. been fine for 1.5yrs in cfwsysnand online. dont need a special cartridge.

There is not much difference between emuMMC or sysMMC especially with CFW usage. And if hes playing online, it can't be a pirated copy because pirated games lack the ticket/header to go online with.
