pokemon red rescue team and pokemon sapphire aren't loading on my 3ds...
Do you have the gba_bios.bin?
Assuming you have gba_bios.bin (if you don't, try this open source one or look elsewhere, then put it at /retroarch/cores/system/gba_bios.bin), you need to disable audio because it doesn't work. Go to Settings -> Audio Settings -> Audio Enable OFF
Wait for mGBA.
I have no idea how far it is along, but if anyone can build it: https://github.com/mgba-emu/mgba/
Not only a "build" process... That emulator would require a port/adaptation process (because is not made directly for 3ds).
....... Yes. I'm aware. There's a 3DS branch in the src folder and it's actively being developed.
Oh, you're right!... I didn't see that!
Got retroarch is good but, it has no sound... Might as well wait for Mgba... im also wishing for a 3ds backup loader similar to wiiflow on the wii... 3dsflow? anyone?
Not going to happen anytime soon above 9.2. If you're on 9.2/lower, you can install .cia's and play them like eShop games. We will have to wait for an ARM11/ARM9 Kernel exploit to do so on 9.3+
It could happen on the Wii because it has IOS's for each bunch of services. Modify/Create a custom IOS and you have access to pretty much every service/process on the Wii.
