Hacking How do I unlink emunand and nand

With me formatting the sysnand worked. I had already installed rxtools and menuhax and the coldboot and various .cia files. I just turned on the 3ds into sysnand removed the sd card formatted it. After that I had to install menuhax and the coldboot again but it worked.
