The question for you is why would you do that?

The solution for your question is:

Virtual PDF printer, when you print an image from say Photoshop or paint, do it on the virtual printer.

Paste them into a Word and use PDF995 to convert it, after that you'll have to swallow your computer.

Open Office has a save as PDF function, insert them into OODraw or OOWriter and save as PDF. Plus it is free to download on any platform.

    I used to use that.

Most graphics programs have a 'save as .pdf' option. If you have Office 2007 you can paste the image on Word and save it as a PDF. You can also use programs like the ones mentioned above. Just Google 'JPG to PDF' and you'll find tons of free converters.

Just paste them all into a Word document or something and use CutePDF. You can insert lots of pictures at once in Word, click the first picture you want, hold shift, and press the last picture you want. All the ones in the middle should also be selected.
