Homebrew how do I transfer emunand and sysnand to another sd card?

I recently bought a 32GB micro sd card for my 3ds, and was wondering how to transfer my emunand and sysnand to my new sd card? is it as simple as dragging and dropping the contents or is there something I have to do in specifics to it

a way you can do is (I believe, havent tried)
use windisk32, and make a copy of the Sd(It will do the Emunand), or use Hourglass9 and make a Emunand backup, then insert your other sdcard and hit restore Emunand.
