Gaming How do I swaped Stick and face buttons?

I tried to play GITS - stand Alone Complex, but stupid developers do not add a option to control the camera with stick, just round buttons instead (cross round and etc). So I wonder if there is a way to swith them along each other. I tried to use a RemaPSP, write my own config, but it is not working by some reason.
Anyone have any bright ideas?

The JoySens (1.5) plugin can remap stuff.

Thanks, that works but not too good. I have a guess that control would not be as good as should, but that is below my lowest expections. This game died for nothing

What's the exact issue?

You can adjust the stick's sensitivity in various ways as well.
