ROM Hack How do I restore a .sav Format Save File onto my 3DS?

What the title of this thread says.

I would rather use homebrew for this, because SaveDataFiler is on a different system than the one I want to restore on.

This is for my downloaded games, and I found the ones I want on a thread here, most start with 00040000 or whatever...

I don't have a Gateway, these are games from the eShop, and the Gateway Application only restores and backups to a Game Card, which I'm not using.

Is there a way to extract the .sav Files (like for example extracting a .sav from Animal Crossing: New Leaf would give me files like garden.dat), so I can restore with svdt or Save Manager?

stell you dont need gateway just load the app

I believe that .sav is an encrypted save file which only accessable to the system that have the encryption key
