Gaming How do i redeem a us pokemon code from a euro game?

I download the us cia of the Pokemon game and everytime i try to redeem the code it saysnthe game card cannot recieve the gift provided by this code. Halp pls

You could give the code to someone(from Europe obviously) so he can download the Pokemon. Afterwards, he could upload this Pokemon as a file so you can inject it into your save using PKHeX.

It's one solution. I just don't want to add people that I don't know to my friends list. He might be the same, that's why I said about PKHeX. =)

But that's cheating, you might as well just find a pkhex compatible file of the Pokemon and import it then

It is NOT cheating. The Pokemon IS legit. Cheating would be if I CREATED a Pokemon myself using PKHeX and setting custom EVs/IVs(even if the Pokemon appeared legit to Nintendo, it'd still be cheating)

"Legit" in the context of Pokemon just means the Pokemon is not using "impossible" stats that are unobtainable by normal means. Legit doesn't mean it's not cheating though.

I resetted the Kyurem flag so I could catch one Adamant and one Modest(I want both Black Kyurem and White Kyurem ). Does that mean my Adamant Kyurem is not legit? The means of "transporting"/transferring Pokemon is not cheating... If you have a brain(I don't attack you), use it to your advantage.


Edit: What about all the event Pokemon I have gotten from project Pokemon? i couldn't have had them otherwise without using PKHeX. And all of them are legit.

You are doing something by external means that are not part of or enabled by the game, therefore cheating.

The pokemons themselves are legit, the methods are not.

I've seen some other threads about taking codes of other regions without a clear answer in the end (using ntr or hans would not work)
