I download MPlayer Wii 0.07 but it don't play DVD's
Last time I checked it was playing tennis down the street just kidding , why it's not playing and what did you do exactly ??
I would load up MPlayer it would give me two opt:
Boot From SD
Boot from USB
Then later I dump a avi. fi8le in my USB to test something and it play but it show only sound with a black screen.
You need to have DVDX installed in your Wii but I never tried this app so I wouldn't know exactly.
I did, I download it off the Homebrew browser.
I can't play dvd's either, I have DVDX installed, and Mplayer gives me two "play DVD" options. Both just freeze the system.
use mplayerWii 0.07 and then select load from dvd or usb or sd or sd gecko or smb
Theres only 1 version of Mplayer that plays DVDs.
The Mplayer version that you downloaded does not support DVDs.
You want MplayerDVD I believe, though a search might make you find it.
Google " Wii play dvd homebrew "
I did, when I load it up it gives me only two opt:
Play files from the SD card
Play files from the USB drive
the only one that plays dvd for me is
all others dont work for me
wrong mplayerwii 0.07 plays dvd's too
compile the latest svn version ill upload my channel the dol i dont have it anymore maybe if i search a little bit
Thanks it works. DVD plays fine now.
lol mine is better and newer with better support and more file formats
Not sure what to do with the Wad/dol
? what do you mean you know how to run homebrew right ? .....
Rename the file to boot.dol
What do I do with the .wad run it w/ the wad manger?
Excluding the DVD support, has MPlayer become better than GeeXboX in terms of video quality?
im curious i just downloaded Mplayer dvdlib Edition through HBC a few hours ago , is there any app that can play Avi's , Divx , xvid etc from disc ?
