Hardware How do I pare my headset to this transmitter

I brought this Bluetooth transmitter/receiver so that I can hear my N3ds (or a y other device) through Bluetooth. But these 2 devices have no GUI, how am I supposed to sync that device to my Hbs-900 Bluetooth headset?
