How do I name my Gamecube backups so I can play them through USB Loader GX with Nintendont?

USB Loader GX recognizes and plays all my Wii backups with no problems but it can't detect any of my Gamecube backups. I have my Gamecube backups on the same FAT32 partition as my Wii games. I can play my Gamecube backups on the standalone Nintendont app. My Gamecube games are located in usb:/games/game name [game ID]

You can boot Nintendont either directly from the Homebrew Channel or via a USB loader. USB loaders should detect Nintendont as long as it is in the correct folder. You may need to configure the loader to use Nintendont as the GameCube loader.
    • Configurable USB Loader: Use version 70r78 or above. Under Global settings change the "Default Gamecube" option to Nintendont. Alternatively change the Boot Method to Nintendont under the game's options.
    • USB Loader GX: Under Loader Settings change GameCube Mode to Nintendont. Alternatively change GameCube Mode under a game's "Game Load" settings.
    • WiiFlow: Under Settings, change Default GC game loader to Nintendont. Alternatively change GameCube loader under the game's settings.
The game path expected by Nintendont is :
    USB:/games/whatever you want/game.iso
    USB:/games/whatever you want/disc2.iso

Gamecube games work fine when I boot Nintendont directly from the Homebrew channel but USB Loader GX isn't detecting Nintendont even though my games are in the correct folder.

Make sure you're using the latest USB Loader GX and your path to Nintendont is right.

Check the icon 4th from the left in GX's toolbar and make sure GC games is selected. It should pick them up and show them even if you don't have a Gamecube loader set up.
