How do I modify my name?

Since creating my account in mid-2019, I have decided to change my name on most services from Enchanted Diamond Sword to mOSU_. However, I can't find the option to do so. Am I able to do this?

I believe only staff can change it. they may or may not accept your request. changing a person's name could affect several threads though.
