Hacking how do i make my VC Games have the actual game images

I want to make it so my games have the proper images, cuz it shows this diddy kong game and its annoying to see 4 games (all different) have the same picture on the wii menu, and Earthbound also has a name like "DCK2" or whatever. How do i change these?

Use costumizemii. It's frequently updated and better to use.
+it has better checks so you won't bannerbrick.

You can change the name of the channels, and extract and replace the banners from the wads so you can have any banner you want

most likly just injected roms, not officially available VC/WW games and they didnt change the banner with say HowardC tools

im hoping you have brick protection cause you clearly done have e clue IMHO. PS will never save as .tpl no commercial app will that is available.

if your using Customizemii then save images as.....,.never mind, do some studying on the app first before using it

customizemii converts to tpl when you add the image to the wad

OK: 1 LAST THING! I have the images working, but when i actually click on the wad in the wii menu, under the pic it still says Diddy Kongs treasure or w/e. how do i change that?

check the other tabs on customizemii you'll work it out it's not that hard just look for Diddy Kongs treasure or w/e. and change that

no i cant find it. you know what im talking about right? you click on the wad (at the bottom it says wii menu and start, and above that is the picture and name for the game below it)...that text is what i want to change but I cannot find it in the CustomizeMii thing. Sorry im such a nuisance, just want this to look good.

Have you tried the Title tab

customizemii cant change that text you need to extract the .brylt/brlan files, use benzin to convert to .xmlyt/xmlan, thenuse UTF-16 to change the hex value of the embedded text

e.g

would be

Hello World

would be

Diddy Kongs Treasure
