well I was going to make it for sengoku basara 2...
Can you speak both languages fluently?
Same way you do it for any file system using console
Find the area of the binary and/or the files that deal with text (educated guesswork, corruption, disassembly, tracing)- several tools but you probably already have wii scrubber which is a start.
Find how the text is displayed and what the functionality is (does it use pointers and what sort, what does the font support and so on, if necessary change it to support the Roman character set or clean it up or work around a technical issue)
Dump the text from the game into a nicer format to work with (do note some text may be in picture form)
Translate said text
Using your knowledge gained from finding the text and pulling it out to inject translated text back into the game.
Any one of those areas can be trivial or it can require seriously in depth knowledge (probably of computer programming methods/techniques).
eric is a known troll, and this is another of his troll topics. he can barely mod a wii let alone patch language
well I got help from gamefaqs to understand the characters speech and what does the items do when they equipment. but the items name is still unknown
