Hacking how do i make clean fw for sneek off my 4.2e dump to other fw

how do i make clean fw for sneek off my 4.2e dump ? like 3.2e or 2.0e with just homebrew channel on sys menu

Use NUS to get the need files then pack them as .wad the use showmiiwads to install them

ive got the wad file now what do i do ive never used showmiiwads before?
