how do i make a gh like game

I want to make a Guitar hero like game for ds or ps2 or somethin. Is there a program i could use so that making the game is a whole lot easier?

Alright, I can't speak for the PS2, as I've never tried homebrew on it. Since you obviously don't want to learn an actual language, you really only have one choice for the DS. DSGameMaker, google it. If you really want to get something good though, you should end up learning an actual language, then combine with palib, and the other one that I forget...
