Hacking How do I log my PSN ID from 3.65 it keeps telling me to update to 3.68?

Please help me...I cannot logged PSN ID on my 3.65 vita for the h-encore transfer, it keeps on telling me to update to 3.68, but i want ot have the enso or permanent hack
