Hacking How do i install a game save?

its hard and soft modded with 4.0 on it everything working. as many apps in its folder as i need. i also have savegame intaller, extractor and manager.
now the game is final fantasy IV TAY. i have my own save i would like to get as a just in case method.
the saves i grabbed from gamefaqs although i went to a few wiisave sites and there all .bin files. and those 3 apps wont let me import a bin file.

any ideas?

you only the savegame manager, it installs and extracts.

.bin must be loaded from the system menu and cannot be used by the programs.

they must be in the correct folder structure for every game.


wiisave will teach you how to use .bins

MY save is in this root on the sd card
G:\private\wii\title\77463445 data.bin at 5.3mb too
i got this there by the wii system thing and just copying it over to the sd card


final_fantasy_iv_the_after_years_a.bin is the save i wanna use. but like i said neither 3 of those apps worked, 2 said no bins the manager didnt show the save at all

You cant have two same saves at the same time though...
But here what you do without any installer...

1. Copy a save game you already on your Wii to your SD card just to make the directory on your SD card.

2. Create a folder with title ID of the game (you can find this online)

3. Put the .bin file inside (make sure it data.bin)

4. Copy this folder to your SD card like these private>Wii>title>

Im not sure if thats the directory but any yeah....

its not supposed to be on the root of the folder
every game has its own folder name

the files is supposed to be renamed to data.bin

read the FAQ from wiisave i posted
then come back if you still got questions.

the only reson you really need savegame manager is if youre messing around with your savefile
