Hacking How do I get Zelda to work on Ez-Flash Vi?

I've tried the patched rom, the one with Xenophobia logo. I press A then all I get is a white screen. And I have soft reset off. Please help?

Seems like a big pain, and you're forced to downgrade the kernel to the no-so-good older version.

I wish there were some other solution to tell the truth. Supposedly a new kernel that runs it with no problem is just minor adjustments away from release, but I'm not holding my breath.
