Most of the computer-side WBFS and game managers will include a function to download all covers for the games in your list. Once you've downloaded the covers, simply move them to the correct usb-loader folders on your SD card or hard drive. You can also download covers individually, manually, at WiiTDB.com.

Before automatic download of covers were implemented, there were alot of packs, but i don't know if they still exists.

Grab any modern WBFS Manager (I prefer Wii Backup Manager, check the Wii - Backup Loaders forum), open up your Wii games drive, and use the WBFS Manager's built-in batch art download features to auto-grab the latest for each game you have from WiiTDB and other sites.

Nope, that downloads the titles.txt which auto-renames games to their correct names (rather than production names like SPORTS PACK FOR REVOLUTION -> Wii Sports). I may have misled you a bit, as Wii Backup Manager doesn't have cover downloads in its most recent edition (v3 onward). Grab version 2.4r2 for a cover downloader (it's on the front page of the thread inside the spoiler box at the bottom - download link)

    Step-by-step:
    1. Open WBM 2.4r2
    2. Select Options > Settings at the top.
    3. Click the Covers tab.
    4. Find the Covers Download Folder at the bottom. Remember it, or change it to somewhere else (don't try to point it to your Wii drive because it won't work the same way).
    5. Check all items you want covers for in the Batch Download box on the right. USB Loader GX mostly uses the Flat and the Fake 3D covers, but there's no harm in getting them all.
    6. To be safe, UNCHECK Batch Download Missing Covers Only (top right).
    7. Click OK and close the settings window.
    8. Click Tools > Covers > Download All.

2.4r2 is just as stable and fast as the newer versions but has less (or none) support for .WBFS and FAT files.

Go to Wiitdb and download the images manually. Then just copy the cover art onto your sd card. /Images for cover art, /images/disc for disc art.
