Your post is as unhelpful as telling someone to buy a Mac when they have issues with Windows. Especially considering that using the eShop and paying for DLC is not an option that is compatible with continuing to use emuNand or homebrew, even for legitimate purposes.

No, not for the win. Because either you're referring to updating the sysNand (and completely locking out homebrew/emuNand/etc), or a second emuNand which would not solve the issue of the latest System Version not being supported on New 3DS by any means I am aware of. Spoofing might be possible, but I haven't looked into it enough to know for certain. Either way, your post still comes across as condescending and rude, ignoring the person's actual situation.
