Gaming How do I get Mii Characters off my Computer to my Wii U

Hi. I have a Mii file from an online Mii Maker, and my PC is almost full so I can't download other
Stuff... I don't have a Bluetooth dongle so I can't put it on my Wii. So, that being said, is there any way I can convert that Mii to a QR code and Scan it with the Wii U? If I remember correctly, the thing I used to create the Mii is My Avatar Creator... (Search Mii Generator on Neoseeker to find it.) If your wondering why I can't remake it on the Wii U, It's because it's a Special Mii (Gold Pants)

I suppose the ...well ... best way to do it would be
Transfer it on a Wii > Transfer from the Wii to a 3DS > Make QR

I don't know if you can do that with Gold Miis though, or even if the Wii can recognize Gold Miis.

EDIT : How did you even made a Special Mii with that generator, anyway ?

I added a special avatar code, and yes, the Wii & 3ds reconizes the Golden Pants Mii, because in japan, Special Mii Characters were sent to Wii Users, have you heard on the 3ds that if you hold Y on a Special Mii in Mii Maker it gets sent to your Mii Plaza?
