Hacking How do I get Mario Kart Wii SZS files?

I took the WBFS file off my HDD, used Backup Manager to make an ISO, but I don't know how to get the SZS files out of it. Is there any free software that I can use for this? I'm confused by everything I've seen elsewhere, so I'm asking directly.

i haven't play with WiiBackUpManager much , but you can use TruchaSigner or Wiims tools ( http://wit.wiimm.de/download.html ) or QtWitGui ( https://code.google.com/p/qtwitgui/ which uses wimms tools and dump the game into FST format) or pull each file out individually with WiiScrubber
