Hacking How do I get CIA's on the internal SD without removing it?

I have the N3DS XL and it's running sysnand 9.0 Emunand 9.5
The SD is more painful to remove regularly from the N3DS.

Is there a way to move files from the GW MicroSD to the internal MicroSD?
That way I only need to remove my GW MicroSD regularly.

There should be an option in the settings to wirelessly manage your SD card. Go to settings > data management > PC-micro SD card management (I'm not sure of the English name) and follow the instructions there. I believe you need windows for it to work.

Thanks. I was hoping it could be done without wireless but I guess that's better than nothing.
(wireless being slower than just a SD transfer)
