How do I get Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare on my 3DS?

We can play shooters like Quake and Doom on 3DS, and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is a shooter, so how do I get it? Please answer. Thanks :D

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
