How do I edit game files outside of MKWII

So my sister is obsessed with Fortune Street and asked me to mod it somehow, unfortunately, I 1) don't know how to run ROM hacks on vWii outside of that one Mario Kart Wii mod, and the SZS modifier and other Mario Kart Wii editing tools crash with every file in the game, outside of certain ARC files. I know this is extremely niche-- but I hope to one day be able to create ROMs for Fortune Street, Mario Party 8, ACCF, and some other Wii games.

SZS modifier and tools like that are going to be useless for other games.

You can extract the ISO with Wiimms ISO tools, and you might be able to extract *some* of the sub archives using Wiimms SZS tools, but any other SZS tool / MKWii modding tool is most likely only going to work with Mario Kart Wii.
