If you have decided to stay on menuhax+rednand. Then you'll have to launch Luma3DS from the Homebrew Launcher to boot into your rednand. Once booted into it, you can use the H&S app, which should now be FBI to install cias onto your rednand. So you'll basically want to boot into your rednand when you want play your installed cia games and such, as you want to keep your sysnand on 9.2. And your rednand should be updated to the latest version.
