Hacking How do I downgrade 3ds on 9.6 with NAND backup?

Found out I DO have to take me 3ds apart...
I could not find any tutorials on how to downgrade.
Also, the NAND backup I have is from before I changed regions, does it matter?

If you can't solder, you'll need to get in contact with Avalynn or hundshamer if you're in the US.
