Um just install them like any other .WAD

first off you need to make an emunand with usbloader gx, after that you can install your wad files to your emunand

in usbloader gx you go into settings, features, dump nand, and full, wait for it to get done, then you can put your wad files into your sd in a folder caller wads, then back in usbloader gx, go to settings, features, emunand wad manager, and select file if you want to install one by one or folder if you want to install the entire folder
