How do i convert PS2 games (CD-rom games) to .bin?

I tried to burn Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex as an iso. It did not work. Then i burned it as an .bin file, and boom, it works. I think that same issue occurs with other cd based ps2 games.

I think you will need the .bin and .cue file to convert an .iso to that particular format. It's been a hot minute since I've messed with burning CD files on DVDs, but PowerISO will convert .ISO to .bin.
