Hacking how do i convert a 3dsx title to cia if i'm on arm9loaderhax?

All i am finding is:

that is requring that i'm on cfw RxTools to operate. Looks like i cant possibly launch rxtools without replacing my cfw? How am i to generate this xorpad file? or is there another way?

Tut i followed showed me how to get to the end goal, but now that i'm there i have no idea what to do... so frustrated.

Just use hblauncher_loader.

Use Decrypt9WIP, the options for xorpads from ncch should be pretty visible. If you folowed Plailect's guide, you can launch decrypt9wip by holding X at coldboot.
