Homebrew How do i connect to my wii via FTP?

I've tried ftpii and the FTP server in WiiXplorer and when i try to access them via FileZilla or winscp i get a Cannot assign requested address error is this my pc or is this my wii?

Hello.

Is your Wii with WiFi or a LAN-USB Adaptor connected to your PC/Router ?
On your Homebrew Channel please check if your Wii is connected and please verify the IP Adress.
Which settings do have on the Filezilla Server Manager for the Wii connection ?
