Hacking How do I change from cios 249 to 223 and vice versa?

So it apears I need to set my system to 223 to play Guitar Hero Backup dvd. It just black screens when I am using 249 and negogamma r9 beta 39 or something to that extent.

I tried utilizing a wad to install 223 (which it seems to appear to be on the system already, cause my wad manager 1.4 I can switch ios from 249 to 223, or 222, etc)

after installing it, I went to neogamma to load it but it says ios 249 is still loaded.



Am I supposed to UNINSTALL 249?

Download ModMii from my signature

start the program, and from the main menu enter "2" to go to download page 2, then enter "249" to download the IOS marked in this photo

then enter "D" to download it, then install it, and try again

edit: PS neogamma ONLY uses IOS249, u can only change that by modding the source code of neogamma and recompiling it

OK! I found the file, installed it, it changed the ios 249 rev 20 instead of the other..

And it works!!!

where u saw "IOS56-64-v5661.wad" there should be a "WAD" folder, open it, inside it there will be cIOS249[56]-v20, install that and try again
