Hacking How do I backup my sav file from a commercial cart using an EZ 3 in 1

I have rudolphs 3 in 1 tool but it cannot locate my 3 in 1 what should i do

i still am getting an error message "3in1 expansion pack not found Please redo from start"

Make sure you have the latest version of the backup tool. Earlier versions don't support the newer hardware version of the 3-in-1.
