Action Replay codes do not work on Nintendont at all. You need to use Gecko cheat codes in Nintendont in order for them to work. You can either find a Gecko Code, or convert the Action Replay code to a Gecko Code. To enter the setting on Nintendont, choose either SD or USB (depending on where are your games) and then on the game list press the X button on a GameCube/Wii U Pro Controller/Wii U GamePad/Classic Controller or the 1 button on a Wii Remote. And then turn the Cheats setting to on. The cheat codes need to be in a folder called "codes" in the root of your SD Card. The cheats must be in a .gct file (which you can create here) and the .gct must be named after the game's title ID (in your case GP7E01)

04053a50 60000000
here is the gecko version of it
8022d898 60000000
80053a50 60000000

Go to the website I linked above, then on the Title ID box type in the title ID for Mario Party 7 (which I also provided above, its GP7E01) Then on the big box below type what the Cheat code does (in your case, type Turn players into NPCs or something similar) afterwards press enter and type the code. Repeat that for every single code. When you are done, press "Add Codes" and then it should show you a list of the codes you entered. Just checkmark them and then click on download GCT. If the website does not allow you to check a code and instead tells you that "This is not a code" then the code you entered is not valid. If the invalid code is a result of a conversion, then you did not convert the code correctly.

Glad someone explained this. I had problems in the past too before I got to know how it works. Though I can also add this site also helps in case someone needs another more active place for cheats.

You can manually convert codes, but you can also just find the game, pick the codes you want, and have it downloaded to the proper nintendont format. Top of the page where the cheats are listed are some options. It's simple, to just change the format to geckocodes, the name to the game id Example GYQE01 (basically required for nintendont), You can have all or only the codes you put check mark next to. Then simple download to gtc and just copy to cheat folder for nintendont.

Just sharing some other sites I found that really helps. That one you linked is fine, just seems very outdated. No offense to anyone. :ninja:

Not sure if this is a action replay code. Aren't they supposed to be a bunch of random numbers and letters like classic game genie or something? That's what I found when I searched for such things.

Yes, however not all Action Replay and Geckos codes have to be extremely long in order for them to work.

Is it a Gecko code? If so, do you need me to test it?
