Okay so, before I start, I have no clue how to hack , or get anything 3rd party, so please please use language that the average person would be able to understand, I'm no programmer
I dont care how I have to access it, I just want to access it, I dont care if I need to get the original flipnote on my 3ds or if I can access it from fs3d

reading through the guide im pretty sure that that guide is for getting japanese fs3d and not old flipnote
