i have not played both these games but i found out that they use a unique game cartridge which affects the game such as the tilt motion and solar sensor. just wondering how this would work via emulation on pc or ds?

any game requiring added hardware will not work with flash cards or emu with out modifying code.
I don't know of any patches for the tilt sensor.

Boktai games have available patches to turn down the sunlight (virtual sunlight) via L+Left/Right. If I recall, you hold L and press up and down to adjust the sunlight meter in the game. It works really well and I actually prefer this method to having to adjust to different lighting in the real game.
Boktai 1 patch- http://bubbz.pocketheaven.com/files/patche...20sun%20fix.zip
Boktai 2 patch- http://bubbz.pocketheaven.com/files/patche...ix/ety-b2sf.zip
Boktai 3 patch- http://bubbz.pocketheaven.com/files/patche...ix/wrg-sbtc.zip

EDIT- Apparently, if you see the "Eurasia" intro image, the rom is already patched with the sunlight hack and you don't need to do anything. Just search google for the patch if it's not already there.

Wario Ware Twisted I hear substitutes the tilting mechanic with the Dpad. I heard it was really inaccurate but have not tried it myself.

The Twisted patch works just fine, but it changes the difficulty of certain levels. There are only 2 tilt strengths, so anything involving ramping up the angle from low to high becomes really difficult on the hack, whereas other levels where the real hardware needs a large change in direction to register are made easier by just holding the dpad down. I got stuck at one of the former about halfway through the game.

EDIT: If you'd like to play the three Boktai games in an emulator, the NoCashGba (instead of cash use sign for dollar) has it natively built-in (at least the latest 2.6a version), it's in the options setup, and you can change it anytime in the game.
