How do I downgrade my hard moded console on 11.0 jpn without using any cartridge hax to use? I don't have any jpn cart to downgrade so is there any way to use browser hax on 11.0?

Downgrades are impossible with any way on your firmware version as they require kernel privleges, no browserhax, and the only way to downgrade is either via hardmod or dsiware downgrade. Sorry bro, but there have been rumors floating around about a possible kernel exploit for 11.0 coming around very late december

Try the link on your 3ds browser. Cartridge and browserhax both supply the same privileges on the 3ds. If you cant downgrade with browserhax, then you couldn't downgrade even if you had a Japanese cart

If the 3DS is hardmodded why are you asking how to downgrade? Thats literally one of two ways to downgrade in the first place.

But I don't have any jpn cart. It's not available here in pakistan. That's why i'm asking is there any way to use homebrew without using cart on 11.0 jpn.

Either get a sky3ds or a Jap cart, there is no other way around it. or wait for browserhax to be updated. Thats the only options you currently have.
