How do ı get an emunand runing with soundhax+fasthax on 11.2 ? I tried gateways app but it doesnt open
so do i need to wait for its update or can ı do something else?

There hasn't been need for an emunand since a9lh became stable.

Follow the guide, do a downgrade, and you can be on a signature patched a9lh sysnand.

when you say downgrade do you mean to 2.1.0

You don't have to downgrade anymore, just a ctr transfer to 2.1.0

But I'm sure that's what he meant (same outcome, different path)

Well it's still downgrading as you're going from 11.x to 2.1

so i used a9lh and on 2.1.0 but when ı try the link in the guide ( http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin ) the screen gliches for a few secs and then it goes totaly black and never comes back. plz help

SafeA9LHInstaller shows a glitched screen
This happens occasionally, but the reason is unknown. The buttons will still work, but the screen will be glitched looking

1. Follow instructions as normal
   1. Press (Select) and arm9loaderhax will be installed
   2. The console will reboot
      • If the console does not reboot, wait 10 seconds, then power off your 3DS by holding down the power button

Well it's still downgrading as you're going from 11.x to 2.1

İt literaly goes black and no response ı waited 5 minutes after holding select and it didnt work. what do i do?

ok fixed it by reseting the sd card.
