Lined up at Best Buy and I figured they wouldn't have enough so I then went to EBgames and was lucky enough to get a voucher the day of launch. Really lucked out because there were so many waiting all around.

i got mine 2.5 hours before store opened on launch day and people were there since friday night. And when the manager of Best Buy comes out to tell us the exact number (45, i was 33) this kid screams "I can't believe i'm getting one!" My friend yells at him because he was first on the list xD and him not getting one is like going to a video game store and not seeing any video games xD

it seems not too many people by my house are into video games. cause i went to the local mall with my gf and got 2 preorders for both systems like 4 hours after they opened. they still had 10 preorders left. then just went the day after the release and picked them up. shipped one wii and one ps3 i sold on ebay and started playing on my own and i havent stopped since =D. as for my ebay sales i made about a $400 profit and got both my systems for free =D. gotta love ebay.

Whomever created this poll forgot "Pre-Ordered it". I got mine thru the f*ck up that Toys 'R' Us had when they posted "Pre-Order Your Wii Today!" 3 days before the pre-order day there. I printed the page out & went to get mine pre-ordered. After a little static from the manager, he let me pre-order it on that day. On launch day, the same manager pulled me to the front of the line, past the schmucks that slept in line over night, right to the front. I was the first (and only pre order that morning) to get my Wii & ALL of the accessories. (Now the accessories are scarce & glad I did get them!)
