Nes clones. Actual Nes (neither snes or n64) never made it to Turkey.
They were all called "atari". As well as arcade machines.

I have playing my whole life... My dad worked for atari to take some of the pictures of the games for the screen shots on the back of the box. they would like... just give him any atari games... he has like over 100.

so he played games alot because of this, and as far back as I can remember, I was watching him playing or playing my self.

I don't know if I actually played the atari though... the only thing that I can REALLY remember is the nes a little, and the SNES for sure.

My dad has pictures of me playing games that I don't even know what the game is...so I played before I can even remember.

I started when I was very young, my father owned a Commodore 64 which he got free games for from the local Boys and Girls club. After that I was hooked, he moved me up from the C64 to the NES and since then I've not stopped playing games.

Me and my sister had an nes when I was little, with Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt, Spelunker, and Dragon Quest. After it broke, I didn't play games until about '97 when I made a friend with a kid that had an SNES, but only came to town in the summer (divorced parents). Then the next year he had an N64, and that's when I was sold and scraped up my money for my own N64.

I played a few simple DOS games back in the day, but then one day I went to my friends house and he had just gotten the NES with Mario 1, which had recently come out. My mouth just fell open. It was the most amazing thing I had ever seen.

When it was my turn I ran a little bit jumped on a Koopa Troopa and fell down a pit on the first level. I went home and told my mom that I had just played the most amazing thing ever. I thought you were a fireman (mario's suspenders and hat looked like a Fireman's outfit too me). I was in love and got a Nintendo from my grandparents for my next birthday.

My childhood babysitter/neighbor's kids had an SNES. That was my first foray into the wonderful world of gaming.

This sounds an awful lot like the story back home in Uzbekistan... I had a babysitter who happened to be my neighbor had an NES with Super Contra. Since then I jumped into the wonderful world of gaming. Of course, my neighbor left after Soviet Collapsed (since he was a Russian), and I hadn't touched a video games system since then. An then after coming to Canada, on some wonderful day on 2002, I learned about emulation on a Forum started by this fellow named Kivan.
